Exchanges can be requested for size, color, or defective items.

Exchange requests must be placed within 12 days of delivery.

Replacement product will be shipped once the returned item is received.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund will be completed within 5 business days after return inspection.

In case of COD orders, refunds will be provided via bank transfer / wallet credit.
