At Gshopzon, we aim to provide a smooth, secure, and transparent shopping experience.
This Payment Policy explains how payments are processed for orders placed on the Gshopzon mobile application.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
Gshopzon supports the following payment options:
UPI Payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM UPI, etc.)
Net Banking
Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay)
Wallet Payments (if enabled)
Cash on Delivery (COD) (Available on selected products and locations)
2. Secure Payment Processing
All payments are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways.
We never store your full card details, UPI PIN, or banking credentials.
Your transactions are encrypted to ensure maximum safety.
3. Order Confirmation
After a successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation via:
App notification
Email (if provided)
SMS (if enabled)
4. Payment Failure
If the payment fails:
Money (if debited) is automatically refunded by your bank/payment gateway within 3–7 business days.
You can retry payment or select another payment method.
5. Refunds (For Returns / Cancellations)
If your order is cancelled or returned:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund timeline:
UPI & Wallets: 1–3 days
Bank Transfer / Cards: 3–7 days
COD orders: will be refunded to your bank account/UPI provided by you.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms
COD is available for selected products and locations only.
Fake orders, unpaid returns, or misuse may lead to:
COD service being disabled for your account.
7. Pricing & Charges
Product prices include all taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.
Delivery charges (if any) will be shown at checkout before payment.
